Nova Plaza Taksim Square Hotel - Istanbul

The location was fantastic, with easy access to the metro, Taksim Square, and Istiklal Street. There were plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, making it convenient for guests. the hotel was very clean and had comfortable beds. the staff, especially Mahmoud, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. the airport shuttle was also affordable.

Felt well taken care of, no complaints.

Breakfast buffet: there could have been more choice of bread types. Unfortunately, for the room itself, only one card was given instead of two, so one was always dependent on each other. Location: one should be aware of the fact that it is a city hotel and the noise in the evening accordingly.

There is only 1 tiny elevator (2 persons) The house keeper was messy especially on the last few days of my stay.. Bed wasnt done well, towels werent changed regularly. But this was resolved in 1 phone call The breakfast is avarage.. No variety no change

I had a great experience staying at Nova Plaza Taksim Square. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from Taksim Square, metro, and bus stations. The room was clean, comfy, and suitable for three people. The staff was friendly and spoke different languages, made communication easy. The hotel also had a good restaurant and the breakfast was fair.

We really enjoyed our time in Park Royal Hotel. The location is so great near Taksim squire, so you don't have to be worried about where you've to spend your day as well as metro station is to close. The staff is so nice and very helpful especially Mr. Umit, who the Hotel's General Manager, is so friendly and very understanding person. I called the hotel before arriving to Istanbul and he arranged transportation to me from the airport and he sent a welcome fruit platter to us. Also, I had a concerned for the TV channels and I really appreciate his immediate action.

The hotel was situated in a convenient location, close to various attractions and amenities. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning.

The breakfast spread was lackluster, with limited options and subpar quality.

The location. There is a possibility to use the sauna and swimming pool of a nearby hotel. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean.This is a suitable hotel for a business stay but not for a relax holiday.

The windows and walls are definitively not soundproof.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they spoke multiple languages , made communication easy. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. It was also conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. the breakfast was a great way to start the day with a variety of options to choose from.

very small single lift. Very small room. Poor breakfast buffet with old food. no paper towels. smoking in no smoking floor. complicated way in calculating the room rate. finally you pay more that agreed.

The overall experience was excellent. Very pleased with the staff and especially the general manager who was welcoming and helped resolve all our small issues.

Nothing...everything was perfect. Shower needs a hanger at higher level in bathroom...
